Reservation Management System

The onlineRMS Reservation Engine provides your customers with access to your listings and real-time access to listing availability. Allowing them to search through you listings, find one which meets their needs and book it. After every reservation is complete, the Reservation Engine immediately updates the availability of the listing.

This means you will never have to field emails from potential renters inquiring about your listings availability or loose another rental to a listing or company which has he ability for customers to book on line. It It makes reservations possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Real-Time availability calendar for each listing.
• Ability to accept Regular Reservations, Owner Reservations, Owner Comps, Manager Reservations, Agent Reservations, and Maintenance Blocks.
• Automatic calculation of rental rates, calculation of taxes, housekeeping fees and administrative fees at time of reservation.

Listing Manager

The listing manager gives you the ability to access your management system anytime through a standard web browser. It makes it possiable for you to Create and Publish your personal website, Manage your renters, market your listings and manage your reservations all from a simple, convienent and easy-to-use interface.

The listing manager is packed full of tool and feature to help you market your listings to the world. After all if knowone knows your listings are available they will never be able to rent them.

Features include:

• Static URL for each listng.
  Search Engines like to see a static page for indexing this is why each listing has both static and dynamic pages.
• eCard Massaging System
  You can upload custom images to an image database allowing visitors to your web site to create eCards for their friends and family. This makes visitors a part of your web site and will drive traffic to your web site.
• Personal Event Calendar
  A yearly calendar of local activities and events happening around your properties, providing visitors with accurate up-to-date event information making your web site the place to go when they want event information.
• Guestbook
  Lets your guest provide comments and feedback about your listing or thier vacation.
• Virtual Concierge
  Some call this a links page, we call it the virtual concierge. It provides you guest with links to Resturants, Special Events, Entertainment, Local Activities and more. Its power lies in you creativity.
  

Personal Website

The Listing manager has a built in Website containing 5 user customizable pages and page consisting of applications ( Events Calendar) and user editable sections. It has an intuitive user interface that lets you put your information in the right places... efficiently. You can create and layout your content so that it is consistent with the messages that you want to convey.

The Personal Website has an integrated page editor to allow you to easily add and format text, graphics, photos, links, files, and practically any other type of content you might want. If you can used a word processor you can now keep you site updated. This is combined with intigrated templates allow you to easily select and modify any tempalte creating an easy to use Website.

There's nothing to download or install. Once we set up your account, you can log on and get started. All you need to provide is your own content and creativity and your listings will truly represent you.

RentalLock eKey Integration

With the RentalLock RL100 lock securing your property and an eKey integrated reservation system, guests can check-in anytime of the day or night, using a unique code you’ve provided them. You don’t ever have to be there to supervise the process or mail keys again. The RL100 is a remote access control system (Lock), specially designed for lodging establishments where the physical handling keys or keycards is a particular problem.

Like all great ideas, the RentalLock is simple. You use Reservation Engine to generate a unique code for each reservation, which you supply to your guest by telephone, fax or Internet. This code allows your guest access to a specific unit for a specified period of time. Guests can use the code you supply them for their entire stay, or change it to their own easy-to-remember code. When the stay is over and check out time is reached, the code expires automatically. There’s no re-keying costs for the next guest and no chance a cancelled or expired code can be used again.

Credit Card Transaction Processing

To enable our client's to take full advantage of services available on the Internet we have partenered with Capital Merchant Solutions (CMS) to provide you with an online merchant account services. An online merchant account will allow you to accept credit cards online and automatically process credit cards in real-time through your Listing Manager or manually via a virtual terminal that can be accessed through any secure web browser.
